High quality services provided by people from a wealth of industry and lived experience knowledge.
We are here to help, you navigate complex systems, find somewhere to start, advocate for you and help you gain independence (whatever that looks like)!
We believe in a person centred neuro- affirming, harm minimisation, trauma informed approach. That strives to build the persons capacity to self advocate and be present in supported decision making whenever possible.
We believe in not assuming what is best for a person and having robust plans in place that are built with the participant so in an emergency their choices are still honoured and upheld as much as possible.
We work with companies and independent support workers and across healthcare to support the workers mental health and wellbeing and to build programs and systems and robust and helpful training to help you be your best for yourself and the people you support.
We also consult with companies to make sure you are delivering the best wrap around services that you can from accessible forms to professional development to wellness and more.
Our main NDIS service we provide is recovery coaching to people with complex needs and disabilities and we do this well.
What we do
(and do well)
Complex needs Recovery coaching
What is it?
We recognise the role that physical disabilities and health have in exacerbating and creating mental ill health and work with you holistically to find what works best for you.
A complex needs recovery coach has experience in the things that generally the system finds difficult got multiple things going on? trauma, neurodivergence, a genetic condition.
We can help support you to live your best life whatever that looks like for you!
We work with all neurodivergence and welcome people with complex traumas and backgrounds including those who struggle with BPD and Dissociative disorders we know you can find it hard to get support.
Why we look at neurodivergence and psychosocial disability’s holistically ?
“..We the neurodivergent are neurologically different. We experience the world through a differently connected nervous system which informs every aspect of our thinking, our behaviour, and our social values.
The dominant social group labels our way of being in the world as disordered because they don’t understand us. Even though they don’t understand, the dominant culture controls the narrative about our differences.
Society believes the experts who are not part of our culture, who see brokenness where there is order. We gradually start to believe the myths ourselves and lose all sense of self-esteem. We come to hate ourselves for being different…” Janae Elsbeth - the trauma geek
A holistic view of neurodivergence and psychosocial disability see’s the whole person. For example instead of seeing trauma and sending the person down the mental health and psychological pathway, we see how trauma affects the whole body mind and nervous system and would set up and holistic plan based on that person uniqueness, interests and goals.
Holistic care and recovery plans acknowledge the whole person and this translates, into somatic work, nutrition, sports, self esteem work, rediscovering self, decision making and self advocacy, life skills, social, spiritual, traditional health needs and more.
Perhaps the only contact we have had with our inner child for a long time is to scold it, criticize it. Then we wonder why we are unhappy?

Our Philosophy
Everybody deserves care and dignity and to exist well, and to their full potential.
Regardless of a persons identity or what they have experienced they deserve self determination and the choice to work and experience the full spectrum of life without experiencing harm or abuse.
We believe that you shouldn’t have to hide your disability, sexual or gender identity or neuro divergence in order to exist and that an accessible, neuroaffirming trauma informed world benefits everyone.
we believe in beautiful complex, diverse humans in all there shapes and forms and that we can only be truly beautiful in that diversity if we meet the person as they are in that fullness when we provide them care and support.
