We take every reasonable step to keep your information secure and private. 

Your information is kept private and confidential within the organisation unless these things below happen: 

• You or someone else is in imminent harm or danger from yourself or someone else 

• There is a child who is in immediate or considerable risk of harm or danger 

Your worker will do everything possible to discuss all available options with you and try to find a solution before reporting becomes something that we have to do. 

Our first priority is your safety and we understand that situations can be complex
